HIGH COURT APPROVES REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

Strategic Equity Capital plc (the 'Company') announces that the reduction of
capital by way of cancellation of the Company's share premium account has been
completed following the approval by the High Court on 14 September 2005 and the
registration of the Court Order confirming the reduction with the Registrar of
Companies on 15 September 2005.
