Issue of Warrants and PDMR

StreaksAI PLC (LSE: STK), a UK-based generative AI platform, announces that it has granted a total of 21,500,000 warrants to subscribe for new ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Warrants") to certain service providers and directors. The Warrants are exercisable at 0.2 pence per ordinary share and have an exercise period limit of three years, vesting immediately.

Following the issue of the Warrants, the Company has a total of 77,650,000 warrants in issue. 

The directors of the Company have been granted, in aggregate, 15,500,000 Warrants as set out below.
