                               Additional Listing

The Company announces the exercise of options under the Solitaire Group Approved
Employee Share Option Scheme over 10,900 ordinary shares. The shares were
allotted pursuant to the exercise of these options on 26 May 2004.

Application has been made for 10,900 new ordinary shares of 10p each, which rank
pari passu with existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market. Admission will become effective and dealings are
expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. 2 June 2004.
