Strip Tinning (AIM: STG), a leading supplier of specialist connectors to the automotive sector, has been notified that on 19 May 2022 Adam Le Van, Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 5,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 110 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Adam Le Van's total beneficial interest in the Company is 8,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
