Determination of Financial Terms of the Digital Replacement Licences

Under Sections 227 and 228 of the Communications Act 2003, Ofcom have determined
the financial terms for the Scottish TV and Grampian TV licences.

SMG today have formally accepted the terms determined by Ofcom and notified on
29 June 2005.
