SMG acquires a further stake in SRH
The Board of SMG plc ('SMG') confirms that on 26 March 2001 it acquired a
further 136,000 ordinary shares in Scottish Radio Holdings plc ('SRH'),
representing in total 0.4% of the company's issued share capital. These
shares were acquired at 1365p per SRH share and represented a total
consideration of £1.9 million.
As a result, SMG now owns a total of 9,729,361 ordinary shares in SRH,
representing 29.5% of the company's issued share capital.
