Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of,
and to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of, 600,000 Ordinary Shares
of 2.5p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares,
to the Official List.

100,000 of these shares will be issued pursuant to the SMG plc Buy! & Match!
Share Plan with 500,000 issued pursuant to the SMG plc Loyalty Award Scheme.
