STV Group plc announces that it has today granted a total of 302,437 conditional nil cost share awards of 50p each to a total of 15 employees under the STV Group plc Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") which was approved by shareholders on 30 April 2015. The awards were granted at a price of £4.25 per ordinary share (the closing share price on Tuesday 9 June 2015) and these 15 employees included the executive directors as follows:- |
