2023 Deferred Bonus Plan A total of 39,241 ordinary shares were granted to a total of five employees who are participants in the 2023 Deferred Bonus Plan (the 'Plan'), including one executive director as detailed below in accordance with the Plan.  The shares will be released following a three-year holding period and subject to the continued employment of the participants: Lindsay Dixon, Chief Financial Officer 9,233 shares
