RNS - payment of dividend

Following the announcement on 6 March of STV Group plc's full year results, STV can confirm the dividend of 2.0p per ordinary share will, if approved by shareholders at the AGM being held on 23 April 2014, be paid on 23 May to shareholders on the register at 22 April.
