New Banking Facility

The Board confirms today that SMG has agreed a new 5-year £90million loan
facility, on standard banking terms, with HBOS. This follows the Board's
announcement on the 6th November, in connection with SMG's Rights Issue. SMG
expects to repay all of its existing debt on completion of the Rights Issue on
18 December 2007, following which the new facility will constitute the entirety
of SMG's borrowing.
