Change to 2007 Interim Results Date

To fall in line with the documentation timetable relating to the proposed
Primesight sale, the Board of SMG plc will announce interim results, and provide
an update on further progress of the turnaround plan announced in June, on 28th
September 2007. A presentation to analysts will take place at 9.30am at ABN, 250
Bishopsgate.
