SMG plc announces that it is holding a presentation for analysts at its offices
at Waterhouse Square, High Holborn, London, today (Wednesday, 15 December).

The purpose of the presentation is to provide analysts with the opportunity to
enhance their understanding of SMG's businesses and the markets in which they
operate.

Management do not plan to make reference to current trading performance, other
than to confirm that this is in line with the company's expectations.
