Investment Property Valuation & Notice of Results

Summit Germany Limited, the AIM-listed German commercial property investment company, announces that as at 30 June 2017, its property portfolio amounted to approximately €897 million (31 December 2016: €797.8 million). The net impact of acquisitions, disposals and investments in properties during the period amounted to approximately €99 million, which primarily relates to the acquisition of 4 properties in the city of Wolfsburg as announced on 26 June 2017.

The Company's interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2017 will be announced on 27 September 2017.
