The Company notes the announcement by Summit Real Estate Holdings Ltd. ("SREH"), a company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and the 50.89% shareholder of Summit Germany, that the Israeli Security Agency conducted a search at SREH's offices in connection with an investigation into the possible use of inside information relating to SREH. A number of SREH's officers have been interviewed including Zohar Levy, Managing Director of Summit Germany. SREH and its officers have cooperated fully with the investigation. The Company understands that this is part of a broader investigation into an individual's securities dealings in a number of companies listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and does not directly involve Summit Germany.
