Baron Oil, the AIM-listed independent oil and gas exploration and production company focussed on Latin America, is pleased to announce that the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been posted to shareholders.  The AGM will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday 29^th June, 2015 at 200 Strand, London, WC2R 1DJ.
