                               Director's Dealing
                            Substantial Shareholding

The Company was informed on 19th August 2005 that at the close of business on
19th August 2005 Michael Norman Burchell, Chairman of Gold Oil, had purchased an
additional 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.025p each ('Ordinary Shares'), at a
price of 4p representing a total holding of 5,000,000 shares or 1.44% of the
Company's issued share capital.

Mr Billy G. Underwood has reduced his holding by 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares. Mr
Underwood now has a total holding of 74,000,000 Ordinary Shares or 21.43 % of
the Company's issued share capital.
