The Company was informed on 31 May 2011 that, on 27 May 2011, Mr Iraj Parvizi purchased 11,033,029 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.  Following this purchase, Mr Parvizi holds 139,085,323 ordinary shares, representing approximately 15.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
