                           Issue of Equity


The Company has been advised that a Notice of Exercise of Warrants
for 11,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.025p was received on 9th July
2007, and has accordingly issued 11,500,000 ordinary shares of
0.025p.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new
ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu with all existing
ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM.
