                           Issue of Equity


The Company has been advised that a Notice of Exercise of Warrants
for 1,750,000 ordinary shares of 0.025p has been received, and has
accordingly issued 1,750,000 ordinary shares of 0.025p.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new
ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu with all existing
ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM.
