Issue of Equity / TVR
Application has today been made for the admission to trading on AIM
of 328,850 new ordianry shares in the capital of the Company which
have been issued in lieu of certain fees accruing to a consultant
geologist to the Company.
Admission is expected to occur on 6 October 2009.
Following this issue of shares, Gold Oil has 500,757,759 ordinary
shares in issue with an equivalent number of voting rights.
The above voting figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether
they are required to notify their interests in, or change to their
interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
