Issue of Options to Directors

Baron Oil, the AIM-listed oil and gas exploration and production company, announces that it has today approved the issue of the following options to Directors of the Company.  The options are exercisable at an exercise price of 0.35 pence per share.  The options vest immediately and are exercisable at any time until 7 July 2020.
