The Company  was  informed  on  24 October  2008  that  following  an
acquisition of  ordinary shares  in  Gold Oil  on  13 October,  Mr  I
Parvizi has  an interest  in and  will be  the registered  holder  of
110,113,065 ordinary shares in the Company, representing a holding of
22.79% of the Company's issued share capital.
