The Company was informed on 17 October 2005 that at the close of business on 11
October 2005, Cantor Fitzgerald Europe has an interest in and is the registered
holder of 17,320,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.025p each ('Ordinary Shares'),
representing a total percentage holding of 5.31% of the Company's issued share
capital.
