The Company were informed on 11 August 2005 that at the close of business on
that day Mr Iraj Parvizi, following the purchase of 4,090,000 ordinary shares of
0.025p each ('Ordinary Shares'), is the beneficial owner of 16,590,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing a total holding of 5.1% of the Company's issued share
capital.
