                      Significant Shareholding

The Company was informed on 4 December 2007 that following an
acquisition of ordinary shares in Gold Oil on 3 December 2007,  MF
Global UK Limited has an interest in 19,321,624 of the Company's
shares, representing 4.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
