Statement by the Board of Directors

The Board of the Company is saddened to announce that its CEO, Rudolph Berends, passed away today.

Mr Berends has been Chairman and CEO of the Company since August 2012 and will be deeply missed. Our thoughts are with the family of Mr Berends at this difficult time.

The Board will now commence a process to identify a suitable candidate for the position of CEO of the Company. In the intervening period, Bill Colvin will act as Executive Director of the Company.

The Board anticipates that it will make a further announcement on its progress in due course.
