Sunrise Resources plc (LON: SRES) ("Sunrise" or the "Company") the AIM quoted diversified mineral exploration and development company, has today been notified that Paul Johnson is now beneficially interested in 48,025,689 ordinary shares, representing 3.28 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
