Sunrise Resources plc, the AIM traded diversified mineral exploration and development specialist, is pleased to announce that it has today posted the Annual Report for the year ending 30 September 2012 to shareholders, including the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will be held on 19 February 2013 at 11.00 a.m. in the Fourth Floor Council Room at Arundel House, 13-15 Temple Place, London WC2R 3DX.
