Supermarket Income REIT PLC, announces that today, 30 March 2023, Passaic Services Limited,  a PCA of Benedict Green , acquired 291,167 Ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018) the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.

Following the above acquisition of shares, Benedict Green holds 1,068,256 Ordinary Shares in the Company and persons closely associated with Benedict Green hold 528,365 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Together Benedict Green and closely associated persons now hold a total of 1,596,621 Ordinary Shares in the Company
