The total number of Ordinary Shares shares held directly by Steve Windsor was incorrectly reflected as 938,929. The correct total of 939,929 Ordinary Shares is shown in this announcement.

Supermarket Income REIT PLC, announces that on 7 September 2018, Steve Windsor, a Director of the Company's Investment Adviser, Atrato Capital Limited, acquired 24,559 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on behalf of himself and Persons Closley Associated ("PCA").
