SuperSeed Capital, (AQSE:WWW) a company established as a venture capital fund of funds for early-stage artificial intelligence and software companies, received notification on 30 June 2023 that Dan Bowyer, Partner of the Company, purchased in aggregate 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of £0.94 per share on 27 June 2023.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further information.
