Imaginatik plc
('Imaginatik' or the 'Company')
AGM Statement
Howard Marshall, Chairman of Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK), a leading provider of enterprise collaborative software and processes, will make the following statement at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held later today:
'As with last year, the new financial year has started slowly with prospective clients continuing to be cautious in their commitment to spend. However, we are pleased to announce several good client wins of late through our strategic partnership with Hult Business School, resulting in our Idea Central software being used at Osram Sylvania, Philips Medical Systems, Siemens and BAE Systems amongst others.
Consistent with previous years, we anticipate that the larger part of our revenues will come in the second half of the financial year and, as expected, the Company will incur a loss in the six months to 30 September 2009. Despite the difficult market conditions and economic uncertainties, we still anticipate another year of revenue growth for the Company and continue to remain optimistic in our sales pipeline which is developing well as a result of our increased focus on marketing the Company and our software and services offering.'
