Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), the innovation company, announces that a circular in relation to the financing arrangement announced on 5 June 2018, together with the notice of the Company's general meeting, has been posted to shareholders on 13 June 2018.
The Company's general meeting will be held at the Marriott Harrison LLP, at 11 Staple Inn, London WC1V 7QH on Wednesday 27 June 2018 at 10.30 a.m.
