Transaction in Own Shares
and
Total Voting Rights
Further to its announcement of 6 February 2024, Supreme PLC (AIM: SUP), a leading manufacturer, supplier, and brand owner of fast-moving consumer goods, announces that, on 9 February 2024, it purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in its issued share capital ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.2165 each on the AIM market through its broker, Shore Capital, in accordance with the terms of the Company's share buyback programme. The repurchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.
Total Voting Rights
Following cancellation, the Group's issued share capital will comprise 117,263,919 Ordinary Shares, each with one voting right. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Group will therefore be 117,263,919. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
