Sure Ventures Plc Net Asset Value

Sure Ventures Plc, a venture capital fund which invests in early stage software companies in the rapidly growing Augmented Reality ('AR'), Virtual Reality ('VR'), Internet of Things ('IoT') and Artificial Intelligence (AI) sectors, is pleased to announce its unaudited, estimated NAV per share for the period up to the 31^st of March 2020.

The NAV as at the 31^st of December 2019 was 95.74p and as at the 31st of March 2020 sits at 92.61p. This represents a 3.27% drop during the quarter from January to end of March.

The board would like to highlight that the decrease in NAV is due to the drop in listed securities Immotion PLC and VR Education. Both of these share prices have recovered some ground since the end of March and the fall in our NAV was softened by the completion of the Admix series A funding round which created a 4.5x uplift on our original investment via Sure Valley Ventures Fund.
