Allotment of New Ordinary Shares following exercise of Warrants
Surface Transforms plc announces that it has allotted 50,000 new Ordinary Shares
at a price of 50p per share following the exercise of 50,000 Financial Arranger
Warrants issued in December 2000. Application has been made for these shares to
be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market and dealings in the
new shares are expected to commence on 4 November 2004.
