Surface Transforms (AIM: SCE) was notified on 7 April 2016 that on the same date, David Bundred, Chairman, sold a total of 84,975 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares) at a price of 18.0p per Ordinary Share and immediately repurchased 84,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 18.0p per share through a Bed and ISA arrangement.

On the same date, Mr. Bundred also sold 84,975 Ordinary Shares at a price of 18.0p per share that were immediately repurchased by his wife at a price of 18.0p per share through a Bed and ISA arrangement.

Following the above transactions, Mr. Bundred remains beneficially interested in 675,747 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.81 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
