Director Dealings
Mr Peter Holland, a director of the Company has been issued with 12,245 new
ordinary shares of 1p each in lieu of accrued remuneration due to him of
approximately £9,000 for the period 31 March 2003 to 31 August 2003. The shares
were issued at a price of 73.5p per share, this being the average mid-market
price at close of dealings on 14 October.
Peter Holland joined the board earlier this year and has made an important
contribution to the Company's strategic and commercial development. Surface
Transforms recognises the value of Mr Holland's contribution to its future and
has agreed to his request to be remunerated in shares as this reflects his
long-term commitment to the Company's success.
Following the issue of the shares, Mr Holland owns 123,003 shares in the Company
representing 1.3 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
