Surface Transforms plc (AIM: SCE) was informed on 3 April 2012 that AXA Investment Managers SA had transferred its entire holding of 2,355,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Downing Income VCT 4 plc and Downing Income VCT plc, as previously announced by the Company on 9 March 2012.
