Agreement
The Company reports that an agreement has been signed with South West Regional
Development Agency to work with them as development partners on an eight-acre
site next to Portland Castle.
A comprehensive mixed-use scheme is proposed for the site to include commercial,
residential, retail and leisure facilities in readiness for the sailing events
of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The Sutton Harbour team have a strong track record in delivery of coastal
regeneration schemes with public body partners and this agreement underlines the
group's strategy of extending the geographical reach of this specialism.
