Sutton Harbour Holdings plc
('Sutton Harbour' or the 'Company')
The Company reports that it has been provisionally appointed as preferred
developer by Swansea Council to work with them on the development of the
Sailbridge site on the banks of the River Tawe.
It is envisaged that the site, located between the Dylan Thomas Centre and the
Sailbridge, will be developed to incorporate residential accommodation, bars and
restaurants, offices and public space.
The Sutton Harbour team is pleased to add the Swansea project to its portfolio
of urban coastal regeneration schemes which currently includes developments in
partnership with public authorities in Plymouth, Exeter and Portland.
