                               New Airline Routes

The Company announces that its wholly owned airline subsidiary, Air South West
Limited, will start a number of new domestic routes in Spring 2006 and will
purchase one additional Dash 8-300 aircraft, bringing the fleet to five, for
delivery in February 2006.
