                          Pre Close Trading Statement


Further to the announcement on 10 January 2007, the Company expects pre tax
profits to meet market expectations for the year ended 31 March 2007.


The Company is pleased to announce that James Cameron will succeed Malcolm
Naylor as Chief Executive of Air South West Limited with effect from 16 April
2007. James was previously Chief Executive of Loganair and has held senior
positions with British Airways and Brymon Airways.


The Company also announces that Ellen Winser, Chairman, will step down from the
Board following the Annual General Meeting to be held on 11 July 2007, for
personal reasons. The Directors record their grateful thanks to Ellen who has
been a Director since 1996 and has chaired the Board for nine years. Ellen has
indicated to the Board that she does not anticipate reducing her shareholding in
the Company.


Michael Knight, Non-Executive Director since 2005, will succeed Ellen as
Chairman.


The preliminary announcement of the results for the year ended 31 March 2007 is
expected on 24 May 2007.
