Senior Management Appointment

Sutton Harbour Holdings plc (the 'Company') today announces that it has appointed Peter Davies as Managing Director of its wholly owned subsidiary, Air South West Limited, with effect from 1 February 2009. Mr Davies is not a director of the Company. 

Mr Davies was recently Chief Executive of Caribbean Airlines in the West Indies and previously Chief Executive of SN Brussels Airlines
