Pre-Close Announcement

Sutton Harbour Holdings plc announces its trading update for the year ended 31 March 2014.

The Company continued to trade steadily through the second half year and the widely publicised storms during January and February 2014 did not give rise to any material impact on the Company's results. Additionally, the Company achieved completion on disposal of an acre of land, with planning consent for a care home facility, located by the former airport site in Plymouth on 31 March 2014.

The Company expects full year results to be in-line with market expectations. The year end results will also incorporate the non-cash adjustments including the result of the external valuation of the Company's property assets as at 31 March 2014 and the provision accounting in connection with the Salt Quay House lease.

The Company expects to make preliminary announcement of the results for the year ended 31 March 2014 in the latter half of June 2014.
