The Directors of SVM UK Emerging Fund plc (the "Fund") announce that Colin McLean is assuming responsibility for the portfolio management of the Fund, supported by the SVM team. Donald Robertson, current manager, has resigned from SVM Asset Management and has been granted a leave of absence with immediate effect.
