Publication of Final Terms

The following final terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 19 February 2024 for SW (FINANCE) I PLC's £72,000,000 Sub-Class A16 3.3.15 per cent. CPI-Linked Class A Guaranteed Sustainability Bonds due 21 February 2043 issued under its multicurrency programme for the issuance of Guaranteed Bonds (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Bonds and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 14 November 2023 as supplemented on 29 November 2023 and on 6 February 2024 (the "Prospectus") relating to the Programme, which together constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of the UK Prospectus Regulation.
