Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated

 

Sylvania (AIM: SLP) announces that it was notified on 30 March 2021 of the following transactions by Eileen Carr, Non-Executive Director:

· The sale of 17,500 ordinary shares of $0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 115.5 pence per Ordinary Share;  and

· the subsequent purchase of 17,500 Ordinary Shares for her Self-Invested Pension Plan ("SIPP) at 115.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these two transactions, her shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
