SYMPHONY PLASTIC TECHNOLOGIES PLC
ADMISSION OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES
The Company announces that for technical reasons a cash payment made by an
applicant in respect of the Company's recent Open Offer of 1,016,874 could not
be identified at the time the open offer closed and the applicant's
application was accordingly rejected at that time. However, the Company has
now decided to issue 22,231 new ordinary shares, being the number of shares
which were not subscribed under the open offer, to the applicant at the open
offer price of 30p per share.
Application has been made for the 22,231 new ordinary shares referred to above
to be admitted to trading on AIM and such admission is expected to take place,
and dealings to commence in those shares, on 8 January 2002.
